WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER ?

We start processing your order quickly and every order is made specifically according to the filters Which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option. However, you may be able to return / exchange your order and place a new one instead if there is an issue with the order.

WHY SUCH DELIVERY TIMELINE  ? 

 

Every product is made on demand as people who believe in us are not just customers but our family who trust us . Whenever you place an order, it is made keeping your requirements and expectations in mind . We believe in being transparent with our family .Every pair is delicately handcrafted so that you can have the best luxury experience. This is why we have a timeline of 5-8 business working days for domestic orders and 13-17 business working days for international orders .  Our vision is to deliver the best product even if it takes some time because luxury as an experience lasts longer.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet
