Returns, Refunds, Cancellation, Shipping & Delivery

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and For footwear there is no refund or return . Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-7 days Business working days for both international and domestic transactions . 

 

Cancellation

 

We start processing your order quickly and every order is made specifically according to the filters Which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option. However, you may be able to return / exchange your order and place a new one instead if there is an issue with the order.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund even after 4-7 business working days , first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@empyreanluxury.in

 

Sale or regular priced items may be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@empyreanluxury.in To return your product, kindly contact us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to almost every location in India if possible. In case we can not then we issue the refund after informing you. Domestic Shipping usually takes 5-8 days depending on your location and is managed by us. International shipping takes 13-17 business working days depending on your location . In case of an exchange and return the shipping, charges and process initiation will be handled by you.
